Perfectly fine to question them, but better to explain why. Those are the results. The percentage being drawn from total respondents and the other number the actual number of people answering any specific way.
Where's your research to dispute this?

I guess I shoulda said that I question those survey questions. I believe it's possible that people answered them the way you've tallied, but a lot of the questions seemed pretty biased/worthless. I'm guessing you have all kinds of biases skewing the data based on who filled it out, how the questions were framed, where the survey was offered, etc., etc. I don't really give enough of a shit to spell it all out for you.

Besides, we went through all that when the surveys first showed up and it didn't seem to make any difference.
